Be Staff - 40 Squad Leaders Needed

Be a staff member! The Mark Twain site needs 40 Squad Leaders from S-3. Here are the requirements...

1. Be 18 or older before June 1 (or 16 or older to be an Assistant Squad Leader)
2. Meet the Philmont Height/Weight requirements
3. Attend required training (details TBD; not required if you attended the Conservation track of the 2007 National Summit)
   
4. Commit to recruiting other Arrowmen for your Squad
5. Submit a staff application before February 1, 2008 (spots will fill up quickly, so turn the app in as soon as possible)

Youth and adults are welcome to apply. We encourage you to travel with your lodge contingent as well if that will save travel costs. If you intend to submit an application, send an email or the section interest form and we'll preliminarily add you to the staff list (confirmation subject to final approval).
